Getting Ready For Moving Day
Once the solicitors have had their enquiries satisfied you will be ready to sign your contract and prepare for moving day. Generally speaking, exchange of contracts happens a week before completion (moving day). In the run up to the moving day we recommend that you call all utility account providers in readiness to close or transer your accounts to your new home.
